Any project name shown as a codename or working title is provided for reference only and may change.

You may use the Website for personal and professional viewing purposes, including sharing links to pages.

  • Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the Website

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law (for example, fair dealing for criticism, review, or news reporting).

 

5) Press and creator materials

If we provide a “Press Kit”, “Creator Kit”, or similar media toolkit, you may use those materials for editorial coverage about Ember Crows and our project(s), including articles, videos, streams, thumbnails, and social posts, including monetised coverage.

You must:

  • Credit Ember Crows where practical

  • Keep context accurate and avoid implying sponsorship or endorsement unless agreed

  • Not use the materials for paid advertising, merchandising, product packaging, or any commercial promotion without our prior written permission

  • Not claim ownership of the materials

 

We may update, replace, or withdraw any press and creator materials at any time. Where available, the dedicated Press and Creator Kit Usage Terms page or PDF takes priority for press kit content.

 

6) Submitting content to us (contact forms, applications, files)

When you send us information through the Website (for example, via a contact form, job application, or spontaneous application), you confirm that:

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the right to share it with us

  • It does not infringe the rights of any third party

 

You grant Ember Crows a limited right to use your submission only for the purpose it was sent for (for example, responding to your enquiry, evaluating an application, or communicating with you). We do not ask for or want confidential information beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
